KINGSLEY K. LO
Kingsley K. Lo graduated in Washington State University
in 1972, with a degree of B.Sc. in Architectural Studies and a degree of B.
Arch., both with Distinction Honour. He apprenticed in various architectural
firms in California, Washington State and Vancouver, Canada. In 1974, he passed
the license examinations to become a Registered Architect, a member of the
Architectural Institute of British Columbia and the Royal Architectural Institute
of Canada. He started his private practice in 1976, and gradually trained
and built up a team of design-oriented professionals under his leadership
in the firm. |
Kingsley K. Lo has served on the Advisory Committee of the Architectural Institute of B.C. since 1976. He has also served as an instructor at Vancouver Technical School in charge of Residential Design in Adult Education in 1978. In 1991, he was appointed by the City Council of Vancouver to be a member of the Residential Committee, responsible for giving advice to the City Council on issues and bylaws related to residential designs in the City. He also served from 1992 to 1996 on neighbourhood committees providing inputs to Vancouver City Planning Department on zoning bylaws and design guidelines. |
